We just bought our third house and so glad we had Julie on our side. Even though we had been through the home buying process several times, nothing could prepare us for this latest experience dealing with sellers who didn't want to leave their property but had to due to other obligations. Julie guided us through the process and handled some delicate negotiations with grace and respect for all parties involved. She knew our end goal, asked the right questions and represented us well. She exceeded our expectations. She's down to earth, humble and so easy to work with. She made the home buying process fun and we can't rave about her enough.
